Upcoming Changes

While many structural changes have already been implemented as part of the Capital Planning Transformation, there is still work to be done. This strategic initiative is designed to be a multi-year endeavor that will establish a cohesive ecosystem for the institution’s capital planning. Upcoming changes include:

  • Development of improved documentation including forms, process maps, checklists, and evaluation criteria
  • Replacement of MBP Section 200 with a strengthened policy and clearer procedural guidance
