Capital Planning Transformation

In alignment with the MSU 2030 Strategic Plan, the Institutional Space Planning and Management (ISPM) team is leading the Capital Planning Transformation initiative. Through strategic changes to processes, authorities, committee governance, and policies, the transformation will establish a cohesive ecosystem for the institution’s capital planning.

While the new capital planning process is currently in effect, the Capital Planning Transformation is an ongoing effort. Learn more about upcoming changes planned as part of the initiative.
